Turkey Trot Walk-A-Thon
Our annual walk-a-thon is a fun and fit fundraiser for BEA. The walk-a-thon will be held during the week of November 16-20. Kindergarten-5th grade will participate during their PE scheduled class. You can sponsor a student and support BEA by making a 1 time contribution. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to provide technology and classroom materials for our students and teachers. We hope each participant raises at least $30. You can also make a donation online at the following website.
All money is due on Friday November 20th.
2019-2020 BEA Yearbook
Congratulations to Mrs. Bullard for being selected as Bartow Elementary Academy’s Teacher of the Year! She started teaching Kindergarten at BEA in August of 2004 and we have had the pleasure of keeping her here ever since! She is quite an amazing teacher! Mrs. Bullard incorporates many different teaching strategies to meet the needs of all the learners in her class. We are so excited to have her represent us as Teacher of the Year!
Congratulations to Ms. Bottoms for being selected as Bartow Elementary Academy’s Support Person of the Year! Ms. B, as she is known by many of the students, started here in 2017. She has been with Polk County Public Schools for many, many years. You can find Ms. B just about anywhere on campus. She greets our bus students in the morning, helps in the cafeteria during lunch, and helps during dismissal being sure the students get on the right bus. It is an honor to have Ms. Bottoms represent BEA as our Support Person of the Year!
